Manufacture of Segment Elbows According to Inspection Standards. Material thickness from 3-12mm or as agreed. We use stainless, acid-proof, or duplex austenitic steel as the construction material in our block curves.
 

Customized Segment Elbows

Other raw materials customized for the customer as agreed. We use mechanized plasma welding as our welding method. Our welding craftsmanship has been considered very high quality among our customers, and we are proud of it. After all, perfection is our goal.
 

Manufacturing According to Standards

We inspect the block curves visually and also perform dimensional checks — if necessary, we also carry out radiographic inspections. We surface treat our products by pickling. The markings on the block curve include the manufacturer's name, the dimensions of the curve, the construction material, the melt number, and the manufacturing standards.

As proof, you will receive an EN 10204/3.1 certificate. Block curves are manufactured to order and can also be supplied on a very short delivery timeline if necessary. Delivery reliability is our promise to you.
